Benjamin Titan low fps??

I have a Benjamin Titan GP .22 caliber and I checked it with a verified chronograph and it is only running a little over 600 fps.(with 16 gr. Predator Poly Mag) Last year it was doing over 800 fps. It still sounds and feels the same as before and there doesn't seem to be any air (leak) coming from the breech area when fired. What do the experts say to look for or is this normal for a three year old rifle? Thanks for any info.

I had one on .22 and power dropped when the gas ram cartridge failed on me when it was very new. Check your breech seal....and if its sealing think of a failed ram the same as a busted spring. Springs are consumables.

To check breech sealing either cover with sheet of toilet paper and fire with a pellet or fill a old section of panty hose leg with talc power and dust area over breech and fire with a pellet

Tried the toilet paper over the breech and it didn't even budge, dusted the area with talc and got just a tiny bit of dusting but not enough to warrant a lose of over 300 fps with a 16 gr. pellet. I spoke with a Benjamin authorized repair center and he said it sounded like the cartridge is bad. Cost to repair is around $75.00 which is 75% of what a new one costs.
