Default benjamin discovery plenum option

I called Trenier outdoors to ask about plenum for my disco double since i have a reg here. I was told, "you are the 3rd or 4th person to call this last week to ask"

sadly Huma will not separate the parts, so i was out of luck.

I began to dig around for something that was the right OD and after a trip to the hardware store I returned home to ponder.

What I located was an old and broken 4x15 scope and it was a very close fit to the ID of the disco tube, so a quick cut with pipe cutters to get a nice flat area on both ends and tada .. I have plenum.

Since the scope was thicker than i really wanted from the plenum I decided to go with 4 inches. I am not trying to get much more than 25-26 FPE from my disco double, so think that is more than adequate

Since others had called him to ask about plenum only, I thought to toss out what I decided to try out. Maybe it will help someone and possibly cause someone to mention where one can get 3/4" OD pipe with thin walls.

Do you have an ssg installed? Have you tried conduit? It is probably not thin enough.

the OD of the conduit was either too larger or much smaller than the .75 inches of the air tube. at least what i was able to look over at home depot.
