Forum glitch?????

I've posted 5 threads the last couple days reviewing guns, scopes and a stock mod I did because Dave asked and on all 5, I'd type or copy and paste what I wanted to say, go to add pics and get an empty box for uploading pics.
It's been making me Submit Thread and when I do, makes me log in and I already am, then have to click the Edit Post button, then Go Advanced to finally get to upload the pics I want, then Save Changes.
Is this a forum glitch, a Steve (that's me btw..lol) glitch or something else totally.
Any help greatly appreciated

I just tried to create a new post and it allowed me to upload a pic just like normal. I am running Firefox, what browser do you have?

I probably should have added I'm using Google Chrome...might play into the glitch I'm having.

That could be it. Try it with Firefox or Edge and see if you still have the problem

I'm on an HP laptop running windows 8.1, I never took the free upgrade to Win10 but I may go get Firefox.
