Default using firefox i get a warning

when trying to log into chat .. says chat is not secure and passwords can be stolen .. i have always used IE and was having issues on another site with it locking up so opened up firefox .. when i logged into this site all went as planned, then tried to log into chat and got the error message

anyone else using FF to log into chat get a warning ?

edit to add : IE gives no such warning. apparently the warning is a new feature in FF. possibly a bug in FF ??
