Default Bottled Disco .22 Reg @ 1600 psi

This all started by trying to make my disco as accurate as possible in the 30 fpe range. I shoot JSB 18.1 exclusively on this gun.

First is a list of mods that I have done to the disco before I bottled it.

- Mellon Air Barrel (recrowned)
- 6.5 In TKO
- Valve Porting. Increase port, Angled port for better air flow, increase neck ID and Increase intake opening
- Increase barrel port to match Transfer port (transfer port is stock size)
- Prod Hammer
- .041 Hammer sprint about 1/4 in shorter than stock
- Home made Power adjuster with locking nut. (Bought the all the part from McMaster)
- Made a spring guide that allows me to adjust hammer stroke without removing the spring
- Mrod Trigger with slave spring removed
- One barrel band near the breach with two screws
- Second barrel band with 6 screw mods.
- Boyds laminate Stock purcheased from discorus

The disco with this setup is capable of reaching 40FPE.

Now the bottle:
Here is the final picture.

I bought the block and the bottle from JDSairman.com. The block and 22ci bottle

The hardest part of doing this is drilling the block screw holes accurately. They need to perfect so they carry the load evenly.

I cut the disco air tube so I would have 5.5 inches of plenum. If you use a TKO that is the max length you can make your tube with so it clears the 22ci bottle. I used the left over tube to make test hole for the bock. It is a most that you use a drill press or better.

My final results were. 33fpe and +60 shots.

this numbers are from 2750 to 1600 psi.
