Default New to Big Bore

So I just received a Samyang Dragon Claw .50.

Does anyone know what the nominal bore size is on these cannons?

PA sez .490-.496 roughly. Will Piatt might be able to get you closer for choosing a good slug.

I bought some slugs from Nielson Specialty ammo, they shot well so I ordered a mold that was very similar to the ones I bought and after casting some I shot them and they shoot beautifully at 15 yards, going to stretch them out to 50 then 100 yards when the weather breaks....

First Picture is of 175 cast bullets, I inspected 125 measured about 25 random ones, size was between .4985 and .5015, next I took the remaining 50 bullets and weighed them in groups of 10, they averaged 217.9 grains.

Second Picture is 25 of the 50 I weighed.

Third Picture is of the purchased round on the left and cast round on the right.
